The Company

GNA Associates was started in 1996 with the purchase of 522 Glenbrook road. It is a mixed use building with stores and apartments, it is approximately 12,000 square feet. Our next property was purchased 2 years later It is located at 51 Bank Street Stamford CT. It was completely updated and has been totally occupied ever since. It has been an important experience for us. The building is 25,000 square feet of office and retail space. It has many similarities to our other property in Stamfor at 45 Church Street. GNA Manages approximately 20 Apartments, 18,000 square feet of office space, and 5 stores with a total of 14,000 square feet. We have a $250,000.00 positive cash flow and no debt.
